Day 1: Saigon arrival (D)

You will be warmly welcomed on arrival at Ho Chi Minh's Tan Son Nhat International airport. Then your guide will take you to your hotel for the first of a three-night stay in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 2: Saigon (B/L/D)

You will begin your urban experience in bustling Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon), the country's commercial center and home to a growing number of upscale restaurants and shops. Visit Chinatown, the Thien Hau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the Opera House and the Hotel de Ville. If desired, you can also visit the moving War Remnants Museum. Then explore colorful outdoor markets and Dong Khoi Street. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at Ho Chi Minhcity.

Day 3: Mekong Delta Excursion – Siem Reap (B/L/D)

You will leave Ho Chi Minhand travel to lush My Tho, where you will cruise on a private boat through the green vegetation lining the canals. You will stop at an orchard, where you will be treated to a delicious lunch in a local restaurant. You can also visit the snake farm before transfer back to Saigon airport for flight to Siem Reap. Welcome pick up and transfer to hotel for check in followed by dinner while watching an Apsara performance at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Angkor Complex (B/L/D)

Today you visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century); See the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon, visit the most famous of all the temples on the Angkor plain: Angkor Wat.

Day 5: Siem Reap departure (B)

After breakfast you drive to visit the famous Banteay Srei (Citadel of Women) about 30 km from Siem Reap town. Then visit the floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Visit the village and take an excursion in a traditional wooden boat on the Tonle Sap Lake. Free until transfer to Siem Reap Int’s Airport for departure. End of service.
